Serenitees Cleaning Solutions is responsible for personal information under its control. This policy applies to information collected through this website, the Contact form, the Request a Quote form, email, and telephone communications connected to an inquiry or cleaning service.

Serenitees has designated a Privacy Officer to answer questions, handle access or correction requests, and address privacy concerns. Contact information appears at the end of this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information reasonably needed to respond to you, prepare a quote, arrange a service, or operate and protect the website. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method.
• Your city or service area, preferred cleaning date, requested service, and cleaning frequency.
• Details about a residential or commercial property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, areas to be cleaned, and other information you choose to provide.
• Photos you voluntarily upload to help us understand the space and prepare or discuss a quote.
• The contents of messages, emails, telephone calls, and other communications with Serenitees.
• Basic technical and security information that may be recorded automatically by the website host, such as an IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, requested page, and date and time of access.

Please do not submit information or photos about another person unless you have their permission to share them.

3. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

• Respond to questions, messages, and service inquiries.
• Understand cleaning needs, prepare a quote, and discuss availability.
• Arrange, provide, manage, and follow up on cleaning services.
• Communicate through the contact method you select.

We will not use personal information for an unrelated purpose without explaining that purpose and obtaining any consent required by law.

Serenitees does not use information submitted through these forms to send promotional email or text messages unless you separately agree to receive them.

Serenitees does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers that support website hosting, form processing, email, information technology, security, or business administration. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services and are expected to protect it.

The Contact and Request a Quote forms are processed through Basin, which receives the information submitted through those forms and makes it available to Serenitees. If analytics, advertising tools, or other non-essential tracking technologies are added later, this policy and any required consent choices will be updated before those tools are used.

8. Your privacy rights

You may ask whether Serenitees holds personal information about you, request access to that information, ask how it has been used or disclosed, and request correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Access may be limited in circumstances permitted by law, and we will explain the reason where required. If a privacy concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9. Children’s privacy

This website and Serenitees cleaning services are intended for adults arranging services for a home or business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, service providers, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Material changes will be highlighted or otherwise communicated when appropriate.
